S1E1 - Chicago, Illinois to St Louis, Missouri 2019-09-12

In small-town America, the bikers enjoy some retro roadside spectacles that provide entertainment and intrigue, including the huge fibreglass figures known as "muffler men". Dave and Si then enjoy a championship-winning apple pie and learn how Route 66 entered American folklore by connecting small-town America from east to west and enabling it to prosper.

S1E2 - Devil's Elbow, Missouri to Salina, Oklahoma 2019-09-19

On the second leg of their Route 66 adventure, Dave and Si travel through three states to discover what lies beneath the legend of this iconic road.

S1E3 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Amarillo, Texas 2019-09-26

Dave and Si are on the trail of Oklahomas famous beef. In Oklahoma City a classic T Bone steak is followed by a visit to the citys Vietnamese community, to knock up Vietnams beefy national dish: Pho.

S1E4 - Amaarillo, Texas to Albuquerque, New Mexico 2019-10-10

Dave and Si ride from Texas into New Mexico, exploring the small independently owned restaurants and food producers and cooking carnitas with mac and cheese and a grown-up chilli chocolate pie.

S1E5 - Monument Valley, Arizona to Seligman, Arizona 2019-10-17

The bikers cross the state of Arizona in search of the Wild West. They are invited to a traditional Navajo barbecue where a sheep is butchered, grilled and eaten alongside some traditional fry bread.

S1E6 - Las Vegas to Santa Monica 2019-10-24

On the last leg of their Route 66 odyssey, the bikers make a small detour to the city of light, Las Vegas, to learn how to make the best-mashed potato in the world.
