Four old friends from high school have little in common, besides the fact that they were the losers in high school who tried to avoid the attentions of the popular school bully, Tiffany Turner. Now twenty seven-years-old and content with their lives, the friends receive a surprise invite to their ten year reunion. Will facing Tiffany mean sweet revenge or a re-evaluation of their current lives?

As the arrival of the money looms, the reality of the win forces Bec, Jenny, Frances and Sophie to reassess direction of their lives. A misunderstanding, a friendship challenged and a relationship on the brink forces them all to make some life altering decisions.

The girls take to the fields on Race Day. Launching their new business, Zach and Frances have organised a marquee, but some nasty advice from one of Zachs former female colleagues leaves Frances wondering if her new partner can be trusted. Meanwhile, a coincidental meeting with a former university professor reignites a painful memory for Sophie and she hits the races in anxious party mode. But her new-found sobriety means no alcohol, and she throws herself into any action going. Then, Tiffany Turner underestimates the girls reformed friendship when she arrives with a big announcement for Jenny.

When Bec, Frances and Sophie swap stories of their first time Jenny is forced to admit shes still a virgin. Sick of feeling like its a noose around her neck, Jenny sets out to find a man to do the deed with. Frances is stunned to realise she has romantic feelings for Zach. Jonathan insists its been obvious for a while but its thrown Frances. The realisation that Zach just sees her as one of the blokes leads Frances to declare shes going to quash her feelings at all costs. Bec visits Tiffany to check how shes doing in the wake of her suicide attempt. Whilst helping her pack up her things, Bec realises that Tiffanys the only one of them holding on to the past.

Bec grapples with her suspicions over Matts fidelity. Despite trying not to think the worst, Bec finally confronts him. Sophie faces the demons of her past but her increasingly reclusive lifestyle begins to affect her relationships with her friends. After shutting everyone out, Doug finally gets through to her via some harsh home truths. Meanwhile, Frances becomes caught in the middle of Zach and his father, and Jenny gears up for her first date with Rhys.

When Bec experiences an emotional breakdown, Jenny and Mrs Gross are there to support her, but its Matt she really wants to see. JBs frustrated as Sophie negates his attempts to get to know her better. Will Sophie eventually let her guard down? Meanwhile, Frances is left to babysit Jonathans niece and nephew, and after watching Paul and Zach with the kids, she realises just how different they are. But what does this mean for her relationship with Paul?

The girls worlds are turned upside town when Bec and Doug are involved in a serious car accident.

Somewhat splintered following the accident, the girls each grapple with their own separate game of real-life charades. Seduced by the lure of popularity and acceptance, Jenny throws herself further into Seans party world, raising concerns for the Gross family. When Zachs grandparents arrive unexpectedly, Frances discovers hes told them that he and Frances are a couple, and while going along with the act, both are confronted by what feelings come up. Meanwhile, Bec and Doug are determined to take things slow and keep their burgeoning relationship secret — but this proves to be harder than expected.

When Jenny and her siblings notice Mrs Gross behaving in an unusual manner, they discuss the option that she could be menopausal.

Zach organises a weekend away with Frances and Jonathan to discuss a strategy for their next big pitch. But with Sophie tagging along at the last minute, work takes a back seat as the foursome enjoy some fun and relaxation. Meanwhile, with Mrs Grosss impending surgery on everyones mind, the Gross family are struggling, and when Jennys sister Deidre arrives, disagreements and old tensions resurface. Plus, Dougs surprised to learn that Bec still holds a joint bank account with Matt.

Mrs Grosss surgery is a success and Jenny is forced to revisit her promise to God that if her mum got better shed give her money away. Meanwhile, Doug is offered a job in London, but now that Dougs single, Sophie wonders if the timings right for them to be together. Also, Matt doesnt want to make the same mistake twice and is eager to tie the knot, so when Mrs Gross is given the all clear and Sophie shows her supports for Matt, Bec decides that they should get married tomorrow. But when the time arrives, can they go through with it?

Three months after Bec and Matts wedding, they are dealing with Becs pregnancy and the paternity of the child. Jenny starts her teaching course at university, while Frances and Zach continue parenting Jasmine. Sophie and Doug are happy, but their relationship is put to the test when Doug learns he is the father of Becs baby.

Anxious to make a good impression at her orientation week, Jenny tries desperately to fit in, but her first day dredges up ghosts of high school past and sees her return to her comfort zone — the girls toilets. Bec is horrified by the thought that her Mum and Dad might be dating again, but her dad has a different surprise in store when he introduces his new fiancee, twenty-eight-year-old Brandi. Sophies excitement for the first day of her medical placement is quickly dishevelled when shes relegated to menial tasks, but when Sophie is faced with a medical emergency, she decides to use her initiative. Meanwhile, Zachs wife Claire turns up on Frances doorstep to apologise for her past behaviour, but Frances has a feeling thats not all shes there for.

With Sophie and Matt unable to attend the birthing class, Bec and Doug are reminded of the close bond that they shared in the past. Confronted by their intimacy, Matt reveals his true feelings.

Lives and futures are on the line as Jenny, Frances and Sophie grapple with choices that could tear their worlds apart.

When Tiffany learns that her ex-husband, Craig, is planning to move their kids overseas, she makes a snap decision that could completely jeopardise her custody case. Jenny is planning the ultimate combined baby shower for Bec and Bridget, and her nerves are hot knowing she has to face Callums mum for the first time since cheating on him. Jennys decision not to worry about what other people think has a ripple effect at the party when it convinces Rhys to cast off the fear of public affection that has put Jonathan offside. Meanwhile, when Sophie contemplates applying for a six-month internship in Kenya, she and Doug must face the possibility of an extended separation - and what it will mean for their relationship

Jenny is a ball of stress about starting her teaching rounds at Renwood, and visions of Tiffany are doing little to ease her angst. Dot tells her, if in doubt, try a dose of tough love - but when Jenny tries this approach, it only makes the situation worse. Bec tells her to ignore the troublemakers, but this doesnt work either. Finally, inspired by a chat with Bridget, she decides that the best course of action is to become mates with her students.

In Jennys last week of her teaching placement at Renwood, she discovers the extent to which one of her students is bullying a student.

Frances surprise that it will be just her and Flynn in the law practice is soon overtaken by Tiffanys request that Frances take over as her lawyer in the custody hearing; the case starts tomorrow. Despite immense reservations, Frances agrees to help out. Matt and Becs relationship continues to crumble as Matt emotionally disengages from the marriage. When an egregious claim is made in the courtroom that Matt is having an affair with Tiffany, Becs doubts surface, and she wonders if there may be any truth to the allegation. Meanwhile, Sophies declaration that she never wants to get married throws Doug and causes him to wonder if hes wasting time in a relationship thats ultimately going nowhere.

Jenny feels uncomfortable about asking Glenn to attend the naming day, not wanting to upset Bec and Carolyn. Patrick remains suspicious about Jens new man, but after a frosty dinner confrontation, he promises to make an effort - and urges Jenny to bring Glenn to the big day. Meanwhile, Frances faces a parenting dilemma when Jasmine asks her permission for Ollie to sleep over. Although confronting and uncomfortable for Frances, she learns that she has every right to be proud of her influence in Jasmines life.

As Jenny renews contact with Callum, Bec and Matt fight for their dream block of land. Bridget is growing increasingly suspicious of Dots cagey behaviour, especially regarding the bar girl, Sam. Bridget gets to the bottom of the truth, but lucky for Dot, she grabs the wrong end of the stick. Meanwhile, Sophie and Frances face unexpected obstacles in their relationships as each of the girls learn the truth about their perfect match. Three couples stand strong at the end of the day, but it may not be who you think.

After Matts horrific death, everyone is expecting Bec to fall apart. But while her private torment is clear, she shows no overt sign of grief — even at Matts funeral. Instead, she pastes on a brave face and displays an unnerving vigilance towards Harrison, not even letting Doug look after him. Jennys adjusting to family life in the wake of the bombshell that there is a new Gross sibling, Sam McKenzie, who it has emerged is Brians daughter from a previous relationship. The Gross house vibe has changed markedly, their freewheeling banter replaced with a forced politeness as they adjust to Sam. Meanwhile, Sophie planned to postpone her trip to Kenya in the wake of Matts tragic passing. However, Bec insists she follow it through and when Doug gives her little reason to stay, Sophie heads to Nairobi with no return date locked in. And despite protestations to the contrary, the Jackson meltdown has also deeply affected Frances sense of security.

Self-preservation is proving to be a challenge, especially for Frances who is confronted by the siege all over again when she learns that gunman, Jackson, has been released from prison.

Callum stuns Jenny by calling off the wedding. Shock turns to anger as Jenny demands a proper explanation, but Callum is vague and evasive. Sophie reveals the truth to Bec about Matts affair with Tiffany. Becs anger at Sophie is quickly replaced by anger at Matt, but Sophie doesnt get off so lightly with Doug who declares that her lying has ruined any chance they ever had of getting back together. As she assists Shannon after his assault, Frances remains blissfully unaware that hes developing romantic feelings for her - but not for long.

The pressure builds on Frances as Shannons committal hearing looms. Sophie struggles with Doug and Carla being a couple. When she lets her frustrations show, it leads Doug to reveal the truth about their past to Carla. Becs anger about Matt and Tiffanys affair is bubbling away with nowhere to go. Flynns inept efforts to woo Sam force her to realise she does indeed have feelings for him lurking behind her tough facade. Anxiety simmers at the Gross house in the wake of Mrs Gross decision to invite Anna to family roast night.

As Sophie, Sam, Callum, Doug and Carla try to keep their issues secret, they each learn that you can only avoid your problems for so long before the truth comes out.

All the girls are keeping secrets, but someones about to find their little white lies are more dangerous than they could possibly have imagined. With a fresh sense of closure, Bec starts a blog about her recent experiences. Jenny throws herself into pre-wedding counselling with gusto but, on a downwards gambling spiral, Callums less keen to bare his soul to the local priest. Sophies glamorous fauxmance with Nate starts to lose its lustre when Doug appears to be on to their lack of chemistry. Frances and Zach reap the rewards of their new Me Time schedules, but when Frances bumps into Shannon she decides to go against Zachs wishes and takes up self-defence classes again.

Its Jennys wedding day but shes not the only one facing a moment of truth. Frances and Zach desperately try to work things out while Sophie finds herself still having to tap-dance around the Nate facade.

Frances takes her grief out on Jonathan. Jennys overzealous concern for Bec and Sams love lives lead her to reveal whats on her mind. Doug finds out what happened to Sophie in Kenya.

During an overnight trip to Sams childhood farm, it becomes obvious that sex is on the brain for most of the gang.

Zach is home from hospital but his mood swings are causing Frances grief. Jenny rethinks her relationship with Noah while, Flynn takes Sophie and Sam out to prove that good guys do exist.

Sophie grows attached to a drug- dependent baby whose addict mother has disappeared. Loved up Frances wants to show Zach a sign of her commitment and Jenny attempts to take her flirtation with Gabe to the next level.

In the season finale Bec and Ryan confront the fact theyre more than friends. Frances faces a shock she never expected from Jack. Sophie and Doug are paired up for a team training exercise when moment of truth takes them both by surprise.

Carla and Dougs engagement party turns into a reception when they get married. After Jenny asks Gabe to the engagement party, she decides it is time to quit her job and move on. Sam continues to battle Adams parents. Flynn goes to court and loses the case, but has an idea that could save Adam from his parents. Bec and Ryan move forward with their plans of leaving, despite second thoughts. Sophie has trouble coming to terms after she is rejected by Doug. Jonathan reassures Sophie someone will turn up on her doorstep. Patrick and Jasmine say goodbye.

Jenny and Gabes windfall is bringing her no peace of mind and when Gabes smoking hot new protege Riley arrives, Jenny fears shes found the source of her future trouble.

Frances is shocked to learn the money for Keiths cancer treatment is due in two days.

One week on and guilt-ridden Sophie still hasnt answered Lukes proposal. In fact its still a secret to their family and friends — until Alex discovers the ring.

Eager for some time away, Jenny organizes a glamping trip for the girls. When Sophie and Frances convince Riley to tag along, Jennys furious, not ready to be around the woman Gabe cheated with.

With a fifteen year reunion looming, the girls explore just how far theyve come.
