After wishing for a challenging virtual reality game, Timmy goes to the bathroom and leaves it unattended, and Chester and AJ decide to play. Realizing what has happened, Timmy must go into the game and play to save them.

After Timmy brings an extinct dinosaur to school, his crazy teacher suspects that he has Fairy GodParents, so he tells Timmy he wants to have a conference with his "parents." Since he has aspirations of "a new world order," he thinks that if he catches fairies, he can harness their power and rule the Earth. Timmy knows he cant explain to his real parents how he managed to come across an extinct dinosaur, so Cosmo and Wanda pose as his parents.

Cosmo and Wanda shrink Timmy so he can complete his assignment on the microscopic universe but problems ensue when Cosmo and Wanda, who have also shrunk themselves, get eaten by Vicky. Timmy must now go inside Vicky to save his godparents but stirs up a lot of trouble in the process. To make matters worse, Vicky plans on tearing apart the house and blaming it all on Timmy to his parents.

After Wanda gets mad at Cosmo on their umpteenth anniversary, Cosmo visits Fairy World. There, his mom, who has always hated Wanda, announces that she has found him two new girlfriends, Twinkle and Star. In order to get Cosmo back, Wanda must compete against Twinkle and Star in a game show hosted by Cupid, but Cosmos mom will do anything to ensure that he doesnt go home with Wanda.

Timmy switches lives with Vickys dog, but swiftly discovers that the dog actually has it just as badly as he does.

Timmy wishes for everyone in the world to be the same when an evil dentist wont give him his ball back. Problems inevitably ensue, and Timmy cant wish things back to normal as Cosmo and Wanda arent able figure out who he is.

Timmy tries to beat Vicky at a skateboarding contest so he can become queen (eh, king) of the skate park.

Thanks to all the stuff hes gotten from his fairies, Timmys parents suspect that hes a shoplifter. On the same day, Cosmo and Wanda have an inspection day with Jorgen Von Strangle. Timmy must prove his innocence while his godparents prove their competence or theyll never see each other again.

Timmy wishes that he knew everything in the world so he can beat A-student A.J. at the Brain-A-Thon.

Timmy goes to an amusement park in Friday the 13th and he figures that something is destroying the park, until Cosmo and Wanda give him special glasses to see the Anti-Fairies who are causing the problem.

Timmy thinks Cosmo and Wanda have it easy being godparents, and vice versa. To prove each others points, Timmy becomes a fairy and Cosmo and Wanda become normal kids. But Timmy cant control his magic and has to undergo training from Jorgen von Strangle, and Cosmo and Wanda have a tough time dealing with Timmys parents and school.

Timmy tells Trixie Tang that he has a great gift for her, so he can be invited to her party. Obviously, hes lying. Later that day, Timmy and Cosmo start making of girls, and Wanda becomes so angry she turns Timmy into a girl. Timmy decides being a girl can help him/her figure out what Trixie would like for her birthday, so he/she goes off to the mall...but not without revenge on his godparents for turning him into a girl...he wishes Cosmo was a woman and Wanda was a man.

Timmy is angry with Vicky, as the babysitter always gets her way, so he wishes he could be her babysitter so he can get revenge. He eventually grows guilty, and things get worse when Cosmo and Wanda get reassigned to Vicky!

After being ripped off by the Camelot Fair, Timmy wishes he was in the real Camelot, but Timmys parents somehow come along with him and are about to be eaten by a dragon!

Timmy needs to raise money for tickets to see Crash Nebula on Ice, so he starts a lemonade stand. But his lemonade tastes terrible! Thats when Cosmo, stupidly, puts his sweaty socks into a glass. Believe it or not, it makes the lemonade taste a lot better. But it also starts granting everyones wishes!

Timmy wishes the great American leaders into his treehouse talk show to finish his report, but because they have vanished from history, the United States reverts to being a British colony and Timmy must find a way to get them back.

Timmy is always stressed out at the end of the day, with being beat up by Francis, failing grades, and Vicky! So he decides to have a reset watch so he can turn back time and redo things. But when Vicky gets hold of the watch, who only knows what will happen next!

Although Timmy knows he cant use his fairies to win the competition, there is nothing against Da Rules that says he cant film actual historical events as part of his movie.

After every wimpy kid in the school was picked over him by Tad and Chad, and Trixie chose a rock over him as her lab partner, Timmy wishes that he was the most wanted kid on Earth.

Mr. Turner is going through mid-life crisis and impulsively buys a sports car from Vicky. Timmy wishes that he was car so he could spend time with his dad.

Timmys friends, A.J. and Chester argue and break their friendship. When they each invite him to their respective sleepovers on the same night, to watch a Crash Nebula/Crimson Chin crossover special, this creates a problem for Timmy. How will he join both of them without being discovered? How will he reunite his friends?

Being annoyed by his inability to stay up all night and thus missing night-time events, Timmy wishes for the world to have no sleep at all. He soon realizes that everyone needs sleep to function.

Timmys got a break from Vicky; unfortunately, hes being babysat by Dads Dad, Pappy. However Pappy doesnt like any of Timmys modern entertainment.

Sick and tired of his fathers bad haircuts, Timmy wishes for indestructible hair with a personality that cant be cut. It then comes to life as it grows and almost destroys Dimmsdale. Meanwhile, Wanda takes Poof to the baby fairy barber shop for his first haircut.

The Pirates opening game is today, and everyone except Timmy is going. Timmy wishes he was at the game, but when Wanda lets Poof make the wish, they end up on a real Pirate ship. The wands get stolen, they get trapped in a net, and almost get attacked by crocodiles. When Timmy opens his big mouth, the pirate ship becomes land-born. The pirates attack the Pirates games, and the Pirates baseball team helps defeat them.

Feeling that Cosmo and Wanda are neglecting him for Poof, Timmy gets his godparents to give him his own magic wand with ten wishes on it.

Sick of technology ruining his life, Timmy wishes to live in a simpler time. He and all of Dimmsdale are then sent to the Stone Age.

Dark Lasers back and after trying (and failing) to destroy Timmy, he adopts the saying, "if you cant beat em, get em to join you." He offers Timmy a scholarship to "Dark-Mouth University" in an effort to get him to become his evil apprentice. Timmy refuses but Mom and Dad – excited that someone else is going to pay for Timmys college – eagerly accept the offer. Timmy is given a dark suit with dark powers and the proviso that if Timmy tries it and doesnt want it, Dark Laser will leave Earth alone forever. Timmy agrees, and soon it seems hes fallen under the evil spell of the evil suit.

Timmys been running Cosmo and Wanda ragged so Jorgen takes him to "Wishing Well", a state of the art rehabilitation facility where he can learn to wish less and be more independent. He meets two other kids with fairies and together they battle their darkest fears, escape from precarious situations…and make breakfast, all without wishing. In the end, they learn independence only when they band together to escape, which they do without any fairy assistance whatsoever. But escaping wasnt part of Jorgens plan…or was it? Either way, it worked!

Timmy wishes for some fairy babies to play with lonely Poof, turning Cosmo, Wanda, Jorgen, the Tooth Fairy, Juandisimo, and Cupid into fairy babies.

Timmys disappointed to see how boring the Crimson Chin comics have become lately. When he spends a day with the Chin, he sees why - the Chin is lonely. Timmy wishes up a super girlfriend for him, except now the comic is both boring and romantic, yuck! Desperate, Timmy unknowingly makes a wish that changes everything, so he must undo his wish - and fast.

Crocker gets a hold of Poof and decides to groom him to be the heir to his "fame and fortune."

When Poof watches too much of the violent classic "cat and mouse" cartoon, "Cheesy and Sleazy", he turns Timmy and Vicky into the characters from the show.

Timmy looks forward to his birthday until Jorgen reminds him that each birthday draws him a year closer to losing his fairies; however, Timmy isnt worried because his folks always forget his birthday, but he then panics when they seem to remember it this time.

When Poofs anti-fairy counterpart, Foop, is born, it is up to Poof to save his loved ones and Fairy World from him.

Timmys dad is very busy working, so busy in fact, that when Timmy & him are doing something fun, he suddenly has to leave & Timmys left alone. So he finds a solution, to wish up many dads, so that every time one of them has to leave, he has another one, but then theres too many dads! And they all want Timmy! Then when he realizes he doesnt want or need many dads, he has to find a way to get rid of them.......by sending them to another planet and gives them Timmy plushies so they can be happy!

Jorgen serves as over-adventurious Timmys temproary godparent when Cosmo and Wanda become too busy with Poof.

When Cosmo gets ousted from the house for being too annoying, he then becomes Dimmdales newest superhero.

Timmy meets his grandparents and quickly wishes they never came to America. He finds himself back in Ustinkistan, his grandparents native country, and he must somehow get on the next boat home.

Vicky becomes Timmys friend after he saves her life.

Feeling ignored by his family,Poof runs away to Yugopotamia where the unappreciated Queen uses his cuteness to scare the residents into giving her whatever she wants.

Timmy tries out for the soccer team his father coaches, the Victims. He accidently swallows Poof, however, who goes right to his brain and makes him the greatest soccer player ever.

When Timmy wishes that he was the teachers pet, Poof turns him into Mr. Crockers guinea pig.

Timmy seeks help from Cupid to win the love of Trixie Tang, but Cupid is on vacation. So Timmy has Cosmo fill in for the love god, but Cosmo only causes himself, Wanda, Mr. and Mrs. Turner, and Mr. Crocker to fall head over heals in love with all sorts of things.

Crocker captures Cosmo, mistaking him for a leperchaun, and Cosmo then steals a pot of gold from a clan of real leperchauns to buy his freedom. The clan then holds Wanda and Poof hostage until Cosmo and Timmy replace it.

Cosmo and Wanda spend the night at Chloes, disguised as Flightless Booby Birds. But when Chloes parents decide to return the boobies to their natural habitat in the rainforest, Timmy and Chloe have to go and save them.

Mrs. Crocker leaves Mr. Crocker home alone for the first time, so he calls on Timmy to teach him how to have fun.

Timmys dad and Chloes parents dont allow the children to celebrate their Friends Day together, due to social differences.

Mr. and Mrs. Turner want to renew their marriage vows on a "knight adventure" cruise, but they end up on knitters cruise instead.

Chloe wants to break the attendance record, but Timmy tells her school is canceled and drags her to a taco stand.

Timmy and Chloe have to help a depressed Catman prove to his girlfriend that hes a real superhero

Timmy and Chloe switch places, but when Cosmo loses the wands, they risk being stuck as each other forever.

Mr. Crocker makes clones of Cosmo and Wanda in order to access a fairy convention and swipe the fairies magic.

Timmy wishes that Chloe could have a chance to live out her favorite dystopian movie, but he quickly regrets it when everyone is hungry.

Foop, Dark Laser, and Mr. Crocker find out that Timmy is weak without his fairies and they try to get him while hes weak.

Yet another Squirrely Scout camping trip goes bad when Mr. Crocker and the Fair Bears show up.

Chloe resorts to stealing when Timmys Dad buys the only Kale Patch Kid she needs to complete her collection.
