The girls arrive at WOOHP to find that Jerry has retired. In his place is Mac Smit -- a handsome, charismatic, intelligent, cool, thirty-something who Sam develops a bit of a crush on. When strange things start to happen (the credit card Mac gave them turns evil, the car he lent them explodes) the girls deduce that someone is after Mac. As they follow clues to find out who the unseen assailant is, the girls soon discover it is Mac himself (he’s really a rogue WOOHP agent named Tim Scam). Mac’s plan is to use an Evapo-Blaster -- a device he developed when he was at WOOHP -- to dehydrate all the earth’s water. But first he must get rid of the spies -- just like he’s gotten rid of Jerry! In the b-story, the girls grow sick of the way Jerry is treating them and wish they had a new guardian.

Research Lab Scientists are being kidnapped into the middle-ages. In a B- story, Clover really wants to win the Halloween Contest that Mandy and her are competing over.

The brains of the worlds top scientists are being sucked dry by strange creatures from the ocean controlled by a former janitor who wants the worlds memories in his hands! In the sub-plot, Sam saves Mandy and her hair after releasing it from a clay pot! Mandy wants to be Sams best friend but actually cramps her style in the process!

A man is abducting the worlds most intelligent people so that he can transfer their abilities into his sons brain. Also Sam gets a role in a play, which makes Clover jealous.

The girls compete in a reality game show to find out why the contestants are disappearing. Alex becomes aggravated with a new girl just released from juve when all she was trying to do was be nice to her.

The girls travel to the African Nation of Lyrobia to investigate a strange kidnapping attempt against that country’s Queen Tassara -- a kidnapping attempt with an anti-gravity ray! After Clover, who’s disguised as the Queen in order to protect her, is abducted from the palace, the girls and the real Tassara must go after her. They eventually discover that Makeda, the Queen’s jealous sister, is the kidnapper -- and she wants to keep her sister from signing a peace treaty with neighboring Kenyopia so that a twenty-year war between the two countries will continue and she (due to a deal she made with the General of Kenyopia) will become Queen. Can the girls stop Makeda and get Tassara to a peace summit in Geneva before it’s too late? In the b-story, Clover and Mandy compete for the title of Homecoming Queen.

The spies investigate alien abductions and a secret organization called GOOPER. In the b-story, Alex prepares for her driving test.

The girls investigate the disappearance of the California State Cheerleading Champions, The Honeybees. They have to deal with homicidal (sort of) cheerleading robots and come up with their own routine as the "WHOOP-ettes". In a B-story, Mandy rivals Sam into winning the Spelling Bee.

Sam falls for a seemingly nice boy at school, only to find out that he is using her to steal a top secret invisibility serum from the military. B-story: The girls decide they aren’t spending enough time together, so they plan a spa weekend in Palm Springs.

The spies battle a villain who has abducted the top movie stars of the world to use them in his insanely realistic and dangerous action film. In a b-story, Sam is voted “Most Popular” in the school yearbook and has to deal with life in the spotlight.

A villain is stealing kids youth using a gem to make himself and his cronies immortal. In a B-Plot, Sam enters a Youth Contest but is worried she wont win because she thinks she has one grey hair.

A magician, believed to be dead, goes on a spree of thefts, using his magic tricks.Our girls find that theres more than one reason magicians dont reveal their secrets!

A disgruntled scientist is kidnapping world leaders and replacing them with animatronic robots who then ruin national landmarks by turning them into amusement park rides.

An archeologist fakes his disappearance, then plots to use ancient magic to give himself eternal life and power. The spies, with the help of the professors assistant, must stop him.

Noting that their boss is acting strangely, the spies discover that an evil scientist named Dr. V has taken over Jerrys brain. They end up being shrunk to micro size and put into Jerry in a micro-sub, as in the film ""Fantastic Voyage"".

Sudden spikes in global warming and ozone holes start occuring at the same time that Sun Block 10,000 goes on sale. Just a coincidence or a somewhat apocalyptic marketing plan?

Boy Candy, a boy band no longer popular, kidnaps the members of the new popular band Teensicle then steals their faces. And right before a performance promoting unity in Russia, too.

Looking for Mothers Day gifts for their mothers, Clover, Sam and Alex find a flyer about a special offer at a spa. But after they get there they notice that their moms are not behaving normally. They find out that their arch nemesis Tim Scam has escaped from prison and has taken over their mothers. Jerry on the other hand is spending Mothers Day at his moms house.

With Jerry off fishing with the President in hopes of wangling a White House appointment the girls get stuck babysitting the presidents 11 year old daughter Madison. Problem is that years of putting up with being surrounded by the media and the secret service have turned her into a real brat whenever her fathers not around. All of which means the girls are keeping their distance making it easy for a giant robot spider to kidnap her and a mystery man demand a mad scientist be released or else Madisons never coming home!

Raves in Beverly Hills incite the partygoers to destroy the venue theyre at. When the spies investigate, they discover Sebastian, whos escaped from prison, is getting revenge by destroying the places the spies hold dear.

Animals start developing human intelligence while humans start behaving animalistically. Can the spies stop the mad scientist whos swapping personality traits and now that Clovers part beagle will they have to keep her away from fire hydrants?

When Alex screws up on several WOOHP missions, she begins to seriously doubt her spying abilities. Then, when Jerry introduces the girls to Britney - a pretty, smart, sweet, spy-in-training whos been assigned to help them on their next mission - Alex only feels worse. When she screws up again and lets a villain escape, she decides to quit WOOHP altogether.

Clover has a hot date with a football player, and manages to drag Sam and Alex along to go with tweedle-dee and tweedle-dumber. When the girls are called away on a mission to explore a break-in to the office of secret information, the girls are lured into a trap when the guy escapes through the elevator shaft. Leaving the girls dangling at the 75th floor. With no gadgets and almost no way out, the girls prepare themselves for remembering the good old days at WOOHP.

For absolutely no reason at all, all these dating booths appear out of nowhere and all the girls in Beverly Hills, Sam, Alex and Mandy included, are addicted to them and get very hunky boyfriends in the process. But Clover suspects something is wrong and decides to get to the bottom of it, even without Jerrys help.

Helga Von Gugen is back with her new line of clothing, Mystique. It apparently sucks the life out of anyone darring to wear them. In A B-story, Sam depends on Tyresius, the new mall-psychic whos really a clown.

The girls talk Jerry into letting them have an unoffical mission to go undercover at a TV Studio to find the missing star of their favourite soap opera, "Spies Of Our Lives". Which turns out to be a lot more dangerous than theyre expecting.

Jerry sends the girls to Toronto to investigate a rash of missing people reports. Their investigation leads them to a strange circus filled with all kinds of extraordinary creatures. Is the ringmaster of the circus responsible for all the missing people? In a b-story, Clover signs the girls up to star in a new reality show – and the camera crews arrive in full force.

The spies are sent to investigate the unusual fall of very large, very fast meteorites around the world, which leads them to a villain who has the technology to ""throw"" meteorites down to earth. The spies have to stop her and most importantly the ""big one"" -- a huge meteorite launched at top speed toward L.A. In a b-story, Jerry, concerned about the spies newfound freedom, hires a WOOHP nanny to keep an eye on them.

When the spies cant find the WOOHP building, they discover that a villain has traveled back in time to persuade a young Jerry to team up with him to start a different kind of WOOHP – the World Organization Of Hurting People. Its up to the spies to travel back in time and put Jerry on the right path. In a B-story, Clover explores the latest fad, hyper sonic speed dating.

Tim Scam is back and this time hes built a ""morphing robot"" (think T-2) that can effortlessly take on the appearance of anyone. Suddenly, when the spies least expect it, people in their daily lives start to attack them. The spies ultimately discover the shape-shifting robot and then battle Tim Scam in a big showdown. In a b-story, Sam becomes a taskmaster – micromanaging her roommates schedule of chores.

Arnold accidentally comes into possession of a magic stone that siphons peoples coolness (turning them into total nerds) and turns Arnold into a total hottie. Can the spies stop him before he transforms everyone on the entire planet into nerds? In a B-story, Arnold runs for class president.

When Jerry WOOHPs the girls right in the middle of a homegrown mani-pedi (courtesy of Clover, see b-story), they know it must be serious... and it is. Jerry informs the spies that fellow teen spy hottie Britney (from ""Alex Quits"") has crashed in a WOOHP chopper on a remote island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Jerry explains to them that the island is a top secret holding facility for WOOHPs most dangerous baddies (humans, robots, mutants, aliens, you name it)! Just when the girls think things couldnt get any worse, Jerry informs them that Britneys chopper destroyed the islands security system when it went down -- and now the islands ""residents"" are running totally wild. And one more thing: the girls only have a few hours to save Britney before the island self destructs! In a b-story, Clover becomes a ""Beautylicious Betty"" -- a peddler of overpriced, shoddy beauty products that eventually enrage all of her customers.

Its X-Mas time and WOOHP is hosting its annual holiday party. Like all things WOOHP, the boredom doesnt last long. When a glass of punch is spilled on G.L.A.D.I.S., she sizzles and sputters… then goes positively nutty and starts to take over, locking everyone inside the building and launching an all-out war against the spies and the other agents! Jerry reveals G.L.A.D.I.S dark secret to the spies. With the new information, the spies race to stop G.L.A.D.I.S. before it destroys WOOHP and the world. In a b-story, Mandy and Clover compete over a pair of Yves Mont Blanc boots.

When a brand new, super-chic, super-fast airlines debuts Clover is totally stoked - because she just won a contest to fly on the planes maiden voyage!!! Clover, along with a gaggle of international mega-celebrities, will fly from L.A. to Paris in the blink of an eye! She is living the jet-set life… until the flight begins and she and the rest of the passengers find out that their pilot is actually a demented baddie suffering from a major case of CWS (Celebrity Worship Syndrome). Since he couldnt seem to hang with the cool crowd down on earth, hes decided to take them on a ""permanent vacation"" - hell ""fly the friendly skies"" with them forever and ever! Of course, he didnt count on having a spy on board. And so, after a 911 x-powder call from Clover, its Sam and Alex to the rescue. In a b-story, Sam and Alex are angry at Clover for ""forgetting"" to mail their contest entries. Entries for the contest that Clovers just won!!

During a game of ""Reality or Risk"" (a variation of the classic ""Truth or Dare"") Alex is asked to reveal who her best friend is. When Alex refuses to say whom she likes better, Sam and Clover start to get way competitive – vying for Alexs affection! Meanwhile, a British tabloid journalist has invented a truth serum gas that he uses to gather scandalous information from celebrities for his new tabloid, RagMag. When the spies try to stop him, Alex ends up getting gassed and reveals the existence of WOOHP. The journalists plans suddenly change with this new information and use Alex to take over WOOHP.

The girls are shocked when Jerry announces that hes getting married! Although he admits its quite sudden, Jerry is delighted to present his true love to the spies: Miss Myrna Beesbottom! Yes, the girls nanny is back. Clover and Alex soon find themselves liking Myrna and help plan the wedding. Meanwhile, Sam uncovers the truth: Myrnas got a sordid past and her true love is power! In a b-story, the girls are smitten with Guillaume, their new French pool-boy.

A hot new yoga instructor is gaining popularity, along with hordes of intensely committed followers. As this almost cult-like group tries to recruit more followers through the use of force, the spies are put on the case. They soon find out that the mysterious figure behind the craze is none other than Shirley, the POWER YOGA CHI-KWON-DO instructor from ep #034 ""Boy Bands."" Can the spies stop Shirley and her super charged army of power yoga loyalists before they take over the world? In a b-story, Sam is failing gym class because she cant climb to the top of the rope and its in jeopardy of throwing off her entire GPA.

Sam, Clover and Alex are given the opprotunity of becoming Super Spies to commmemorate their successful missions! They are greeted by their new trainer, Terrance. They also undergo training with another boy named Dean, who is also training to become a Super Spy. But when Dean goes missing, the girls wonder if it is mere coincidence or if its more than that. Will the girls be able to find Dean? And where does Terrance fit in to all of this?

The spies face Terence and Dean in Beverly Hills for a final showdown in which even the best of spies will have trouble succeeding.

During a cheer leading practice, Mandy breaks a nail and has to work as a TV reporter to kill time for her nail to grow back. Meanwhile, during a clean-up of Jerrys office, the spies discover a gadget that accidentally sends them twenty years into the future. While there, they soon uncover the horrifying truth that Mandy rules Beverly Hills and she plans to Mandify everyone! Teaming up with their future self, the girls must stop her and stop it from ever happening. The spies arrive to Future WOOHP and return to present by the time machine. In the end, the spies put the recreate nails in Clovers school wardrobe. Mandy sneaks in and takes the recreate nails. Shes got normal nails again and decides to quit from work of TV Reporter. In the b-story, Mandy is upset because what she will do with her broken nails. Villain: Mandy. Note: This episode indicates that the timeline for season 4 occurs in 2005 because they say that when its 2025, its 20 years into the future.

The girls uncover a secret conspiracy of parents brainwashing their children into becoming model teenagers. And things get a lot worse when Alex falls directly into the trap, leading Sam and Clover on a mission to save her! In the b-story, Jerry gives the girls a car called NPU 3000. Villain: The parents of the brainwashed children.

A mime plans to turn everyone into silent mimes with his accordion after a failed performance in order to get revenge, another way to stop Alex from telling Sam & Clovers secrets! In the b-story, Sam and Clover are mad because Alex tells their secrets. Villain: Jazz Hands.

Tim Scam sends Jerry his favorite chocolate containing Terences DNA to turn him evil! Its up to spies to save the day. At the end of episode Helga Von Guggen, Tim Scam, and Myrna Beesbottom were arrested. In the b-story, Mandy and her cronies create the spy club. Villain: Terence Lewis (L.A.M.O.S.).

Following a humiliation in the lunchroom, Arnold is left depressed. That night, as they watch someone breaking into an armoured van, Arnold dressed as a superhero appears, and attempts to capture the man. The van seals, and drives off a cliff. Sam, Clover, and Alex save Arnold beforehand, and make him swear to keep their identities secret. Geraldine Husk appears after the spies leave, and gives Arnold a utility belt. The next day, Arnolds superhero alter ego has been reported saving people, but the device is secretly brainwashing Arnold to destroy the spies. In a b story, Alex finds a stray puppy, and looks after him, as she attempts to find the owner. Villain: Geraldine Husk.

Jerry sends the spies off for a holiday on the WOOHPtanic, but then they realize that time is repeating. Sam was reading a book and every time the same man sit next to her, Alexs hair cut was always gone in the morning and Clover was rejected from the man at the pool. At the end they found out that it was a test. In the b-story, the girls are upset for cleaning their spy outfits after their last mission. Villain: Daniel Nance (Jerry Lewis).

The three richest people in the world are kidnapped and the girls are sent to protect the fifth richest person, the materialistic Milan Stilton (a parody of Paris Hilton) only to find that SHE is the kidnapper! In the b-story, Sam is jealous because of the stars. Villain: Milan Stilton.

An evil ice cream man makes a special ice cream that contains nitrogen and can freeze anyone it touches. The spies save the day. In the b-story, Alex gets the date bad luck. Villain: The Ice Cream Man.

The spies are sent undercover as farm workers to uncover a plot to turn humans into vegetable-like beings. Its up to the spies to save the day. In the b-story, Clover decides to not be dirty any more. Villain: The Vegan Farmer.

When Clover, Alex and Sams mothers discover that their daughters are spies, they completely freak out and inform Jerry that they are putting an end to it immediately. The spies go back to regular civilian life. Meanwhile, Mandy, Dominique and Caitlin all become affected by an evil shampoo from one of the spies missions (the girls accidentally dropped it into Mandys pool). Mandy and her cronies become evil “spy-sassins” (anti-spy agents) and kidnap the spies mothers. Their plan? To sequester them in hopes that they can capture the spies when they try to save their moms. Sam, Clover and Alex realize that their own carelessness is what got their mothers in trouble, so they become spies again and ultimately save their moms. But in doing so, they get captured by Mandy! Now with the spies trapped back at The Groove, Mandy turns them into spy-sassins so that the Sam, Clover and Alex will destroy one another. Luckily for the girls, Jerry trained their mothers to be spies, and the moms swoop in a save the girls from each other. Now with the spies back to normal (thanks to a serum created by Jerry), the mothers and daughters round up evil Mandy and her cronies! In the end, the mothers allow their daughters to remain WOOHP agents.

With the spies now held captive by Mandy, things look very grim for them, especially when Mandy decides to turn them into evil spies! What can Jerry do to help? Is there much he can do? Jerry enlists the help of the spies mothers to save the girls, but can the spies respective mothers save them from all the mess theyve gotten themselves into?

Sam, Clover and Alex finally piece together their former lives but have they done so too late? With the LAMOS already taken Jerry captive and moving in on WOOHP, can the girls stop the LAMOS from carrying out their evil schemes without revealing that they got their memories back? Villain: L.A.M.O.S. (Terence Lewis, Boogie Gus, and Helga Von Guggen).

The Bev Hills soccer team coach has retired and is replaced with a new one who has a ball that contains a mind-control chip to create the perfect soccer team. Alex is caught up in the game, turning into a ruthless and crazy player! Its up to Sam and Clover to save Alex. In the b-story, Jerry becomes hooked on video games. Villain: Bonita Bikham.

Sam, Clover, and Alex arrive at Malibu University (or Mali-U for short) - a gorgeous school overlooking the Pacific Ocean as they prepare to begin their lives as college students. However, because they enrolled at the last minute, Sam has to room with Stacy, a sophomore, while Alex and Clover room across the hall.

Jerry informs Alex, Sam, and Clover to escort a extremely dangerous criminal to WOOHPs highest security penitentiary. The spies are a bit nervous at first, until they meet the villain. An elderly sweet, snickerdoodle-making lady by the name, "The Granny." Jerry warns the Spies to be cautious, since the Granny is the most notorious and ruthless bank robber in criminal history. Unfortunately, they fall for Grannys tricks. Can the Spies recapture her before banks everywhere are robbed? In a b-story, Clover meets Blaine - her dream guy and captain of the Mali-U beach volleyball team, who she tries to keep her spy life a secret from.

With Blaine off on a top-secret mission, Clover tries to cheer herself up by doing all the things she loves to do – going to her fave members-only spa; shopping at her fave boutique; and eating at her fave veggie restaurant. Unfortunately, "Operation Self-Love" doesnt go quite as planned. Geraldine creates the holographic image of Clover and steals Sams essay, ruin Alexs car and steals a WOOHP weapon. Sam and Alex yell at Clover. When Jerry calls, Clover is suspended from WOOHP. Clover is sad. Clover is framed and discovers its all Geraldines fault. Meanwhile, Blaine arrives at Geraldines island, but hes kidnapped by Geraldine and calls Clover. Clover rescues Blaine, but shes kidnapped too. Meanwhile, Sam, Alex and Jerry learn everyone was framed by Geraldine. Sam and Alex arrives at Geraldines island to save Clover. Clover and Blaine are rescued, but Geraldine has escaped from the island. Shes defeated by the spies and Blaine. After Geraldine is arrested, Sam, Alex and Jerry apologize to Clover. Jerry hires Blaine to WOOHP and Blaine is sent to WOOHP Headquarters in Australia. Clover is sad, but she finds out she can visit Blaine on vacation. In a b-story, Clover faces a life where everything is turned upside down.

When Jerry decides its time to take a little R&R in Europe, he brings the girls with him to work out of WOOHPs European office in Paris – which is located under the Eiffel Tower. For their first Euro-mission, when a Romanian womens gymnastics team suddenly goes missing, Jerry sends the girls in to check it out. In a b-story, Alex contacts a distant relative only to find out, after participating in a few embarrassing "family customs," that shes got the wrong person.

For their third and final Euro-mission, Sam, Clover and Alex are sent to check out the mysterious disappearances of various European fashion critics (including Beatrice Bash, editor of Fashion Slam! magazine). In a b-story, the girls are reacquainted with Guillaume, their former pool French boy… and this time they

Its a bright, sunny day on the Mali-U campus. As Sam, Clover, Alex and Britney stroll across the quad, they suddenly hear a strange sound. "Woohp! Woohp!" To their utter shock and surprise, they look up to see a group of students doing what appears to be the officially sanctioned WOOHP workout routine! Incredulous, they ask whats going on. Thats when Mandy and Mindy tell them: "Duh. Its only the latest workout craze!" When the girls tell Jerry whats going on, hes equally as surprised and concerned. In a b-story, with Britney being drafted back into the team again, Alexs jealousies return.

Scientists make a startling discovery in the Antarctic--a Yeti-like snow creature frozen in a block of ice! Meanwhile, Jerry informs Sam, Clover and Alex that there have been reports of a strange being terrorizing a posh ski resort. When they arrive to investigate the luxurious place, they find that they arent the only ones on the case - they meet Martin Mystery, a teenage paranormal investigator working for The Center – an organization much like WOOHP! In the b-story, Clover is annoyed because the nerds get a crush on her, Sam discovers she looks like Martins sister, Diana, and Alex falls for Martin.

Concerned about their friend, Alex and Clover decide that the only way to find out whats wrong with Sam is to spy on her! But what will happen when they find that Sam is involved in some shady activities? They find out Sam is going undercover as a villain, even teaming up with Jazz Hands (just to defeat him, of course). In a b-story, Mandy and Mindy move in to the girls penthouse when a pipe in their dorm room breaks.

When strange attacks on students are reported all over the Mali-U campus, Jerry enlists Sam, Clover and Alex to check it out. Is it just a coincidence that all the attacks happen to athletes? In a b-story, Alex is selected to be the new Mali-U mascot… only instead of getting to wear a cute mermaid costume, shes forced to dress as a can of dolphin-safe tuna!

Jerry sends the spies on a mission where they quickly capture a ridiculous villain who created a special serum to turn him into a real-life version of Humongo Man – his favorite childhood action figure! Also, Alex goes on a date with Virgil, but when she decides that they should be "just friends" he doesnt want to give up- and accidentally stumbles upon the girls in full Spy gear! This gives him a new idea to win Alex over, but will it end up fantastic or disastrous? In a b-story, Clover and Sam vie for Employee of the month at Mali Café.

Its Saturday afternoon and, after Jerry tells the girls he has no mission for them, Sam, Clover and Alex are pumped for a totally shop-tastic day at The Groove! As an added bonus, when they get there they discover that theres barely anyone shopping – which makes for easy access to all their favorite boutiques. With the exception of a few strange occurrences everything is golden. That is, until the girls try to leave, and find themselves trapped in the Groove! Can the Spies get themselves out of this situation without any help from WOOHP? In the b-story, Jerry gives the girls WOOHP coupons.

When freaky occurrences start to happen all around Beverly Hills – filthy tornadoes, floods of sludge, and huge run-away dust bunnies - Jerry sends the spies to investigate the strange phenomenon. The girls discover that someone seems to be purposely scumming up their beloved city, but what terrible person would want to do that? The Spies track down their only clue - a feather from a feather duster, but will it be enough to save Beverly Hills before its a complete garbage dump? In a b-story, Alex gets into trouble when she accidentally litters on campus.

Following the evil robot agents to England, the Spies discover that Jerrys mother is responsible for the kidnapping of Jerry, Mandy, Britney, Dean and Blaine, after accidentally being turned evil by a machine that Jerry was testing. The spies are able to use the machine to turn the humans good again, but the robots are still on a rampage and must be defeated the old-fashioned way.

Strange things began to happen in the world. All the famous sights of the world someone has turned into a place of entertainment for the cats. Spy to find out what happened, how to get everything back to normal, and why in this mission involved Felin Dion, professor of laboratory, which employs Alex.

Sam, Clover, and Alex realize that something very strange is going on after the attacks in the Palace of Versailles. Not only were they attacked by a very weird creature whose footprints are extremely odd, but they also soon discover that several students from their trip have also gone missing. After Jerry informs the girls that the missing key they discovered earlier is linked to Versailles itself, the spies flee from a palace statue that has come to life, as they are reunited with the rest of their class in a dungeon beneath the palace itself. Eventually they learn ...

When waves start rolling upside down, the spies discover someone is messing with the moon and turning it into cheese! They track the villain to Paris and the Eiffel Tower, where they have the cheesiest fight of their lives!

When a toaster attacks Mandy, the Spies must figure out why digital appliances are going rogue. But when WOOHP tech turns against them, the spies discover with Tobys help that going "vintage" is pretty cool and the answer to bringing down the villain.
