Lisa Vanderpumps new hire for SUR, Scheana, is ostracized because of her past affair with a married man. Scheanas co-worker, Stassi, the self-proclaimed "leader of the pack" leads the charge against Scheana, labeling her a "homewrecker." Eventually, Scheana, with Lisas encouragement, stands up to Stassi, serving notice that shes at the restaurant to stay.

After the blow up at the "Gay Pride" event, Lisa struggles to keep the staffs personal conflicts outside of their work at SUR.
