S1E1 - Diagnosis 2021-09-09

Diya, Sujata and Ahaan arrive at Bombay General Hospital as the new residents. We discover that their assigned mentor, Dr. Kaushik, is leaving soon for another hospital, in a bid to save his marriage with Ananya. While they process this news at the hospital, ten young men take hold of Mumbai in a horrific way. As several bodies start coming in, the residents witness the scale of what is to come.

S1E2 - Complications 2021-09-09

While the situation in the city worsens, everyone begins to worry about the safety of their loved ones, especially Kaushik and Diya. Kaushik’s wife, Ananya, works at Palace Hotel and is there that night organizing an event for Diya’s father. Ahaan is thrown into a stressful situation and struggles to deal with it. Chitra, the social services director, worries about Paramjeet, a long time patient.

S1E3 - Malignant 2021-09-09

Following her story, Mansi and the other reporters have a near miss at Metro as the terrorists open fire at them. Kaushik and Diya worry about their families. Mayank is brought in with injuries. Sujata tends to him. Top cops Kelkar and Savarkar are brought in critical condition along with two terrorists. Kaushik tries to save them.

S1E4 - Anatomy 2021-09-09

Ahaan confides in Chitra over his past. Ananya struggles to deal with the panicked guests. Mansi reaches the hospital, trying to get her breaking story. Samarth refuses to help her. Chitra manages to diagnose Paramjeet just in time.

S1E5 - Side Effects 2021-09-09

Mansi finds herself going the distance for her story. Kaushik deals with the consequences of not being able to save ATS chief Kelkar. Ananya starts evacuating the guests in small groups. Subramaniam and Tawde deal with a leak in the hospital, as sensitive news starts getting out. Vasu thinks he knows the culprit but struggles to communicate it to anyone. The night takes a turn for the worse.

S1E6 - Relapse 2021-09-09

Chaos ensues inside the hospital as the gunshots and destruction reach BGH. Tawde and his team try to contain it. Subramaniam and Kaushik realize they’re on their own and begin evacuating patients with Chitras and Mrs. Cherians help. Mansi faces the wrath of the hospital staff over irresponsible journalism.

S1E7 - Remission 2021-09-09

The siege at hospital rages on as the terrorists regroup inside a ward. Back-up finally arrives as Tawde readies to neutralize the terrorists. Kaushik and his team must deal with an immediate surgery of one of their own. Chitra is forced to face her fears. Ananya goes back into the hotel to evacuate the remaining guests.

S1E8 - Recovery 2021-09-09

After a terrifying night, the siege finally comes to an end. Kaushik and the staff are lauded for their courage. Ananya and the NSG manage to evacuate the guests despite the terrorists best efforts. Mansi realizes the extent of what she may have caused. The city of Mumbai picks up the pieces and continues to march on after the harrowing three days of the attacks. Life goes on at BGH.

S2E1 - Clouds on the Horizon 2023-10-05

Months after the attacks, the BGH staff continue to pick up the pieces. Dr. Kaushik faces an uncertain future with a criminal case filed against him by Mrs. Kelkar, fueled by Mansi. Diyas testimony causes friction within BGH. A visit from a delegation of doctors from the UK sends Chitra spiralling when shes forced to face her past. All the pressure on Kaushik causes issues during an emergency.

S2E2 - A Storm is Brewing 2023-10-05

An otherwise usual monsoon day takes a turn for the worse. Kaushik is unable to come to terms with what happened in the ER. Kulkarni keeps hounding Subramaniam about Kaushiks case. Sujata lashes out at Diya and Ahaan. Ananya faces the wrath of the rains as she gets stranded on her way. Mansi is asked to move on from Mrs. Kelkars case and focus on the unprecedented rains, much to her dismay.

S2E3 - That Sinking Feeling 2023-10-05

Kaushik sets out to find Ananya. Sujata tries to get everyones attention on Sabas case. Chitra falls back into old patterns but decides to confront Saurav. Mansi struggles with her decision but tries to make it her own. Vidya finds herself in a moral dilemma. Saurav tells Ahaan about his past. Diya notices something peculiar in Sandeeps reports. Sujata takes matters into her own hands.

S2E4 - Darkness Falls 2023-10-05

The rains get disastrous as BGH is forced to move the ER upstairs. Mansi plans an incriminating report but is asked to repackage it with hope. Samarth finds Cyril in a juvenile home but notices something there. Diya tries to understand a confused and scared Sandeep. Ahaan is hurt but Chitras having none of it. Sachin witnesses a stampede at Dadar station. Kaushik finds Ananya at a chawl.

S2E5 - Troubled Waters 2023-10-05

Kaushik and Ananya get help from unexpected quarters. Chitra is surprised by the change in Saurav as he stands up against Kulkarni to defend BGH, but Ahaan is suspicious. Diya gets more involved in Sandeeps life, Sujata makes a troubling discovery at the juveile home and Mansi finally realises that she is a pawn in a larger game. In a race against time, they fear that it might be too late.

S2E6 - Eye of the Storm 2023-10-05

A ray of hope emerges in Kaushik and Ananyas life. A still suspended Sujata has to show restraint if she is to reach to the bottom of the ongoings at the juvenile home. Diya tries to protect Sandeep from his mother while Chitra confronts Saurav about his true intentions. Kaushik encourages Subramaniam to save Sabas life while Mansi brings a grieviously injured Sachin to BGH.

S2E7 - Darkest before Dawn 2023-10-05

Kaushik and Sujata debate about their approach to their job while resolving their own differences. Sujatas hunch about the juvenile home kids is proven to be right. Subramamiam struggles with the influx of more patients while Ahaan and Chitra try to deal with Saurav. Mansi realises her folly at BGH as Kaushik saves Sachin. Ananyas deteriorating health drags Kaushik down to his lowest.

S2E8 - Staying Afloat 2023-10-05

Chitra has to get over her fears to stand up against her abuser and Diya finds it in her heart to forgive and befriend her father. Ahaans accident stuns the hospital staff and Chitras confession about Saurav pushes Kulkarnis patience off the edge. Mansi reveals the truth about Kulkarni that leads to Subramanaim taking a strong decision. Kaushik faces a significant loss.
