Mrs. Fitzgerald has been missing for two days. Eddie thinks his cop connection might be able to help find her. But, LAPD Lt. Alex Miigs may actually be responsible for her disappearance.

In bad shape, Eddie returns to the hostage house with Mrs. Fitzgeralds pillbox. Meanwhile, Brendan Fitzgerald shows up at the LAPD station to report his mothers disappearance, surprising Lt. Miigs. Kidnap victim Fiona thinks husband Kevin is visiting her in an Alzheimers care facility - but is her mind really just playing tricks?

Koenig reveals a personal real reason why she joined Det. Hollis on stakeout; Mrs. Fitzgerald goes back in time to tell Jackie how she and Kevin first met.

Capt. Koenig and Det.
