Fuji tries to teach Kawai a lesson about responsibility during their late-night patrol shift. Yamada has his work cut out for him when he finds himself investigating an unrepentant train groper.

The competition gets personal when the team is tasked with chasing a crystal smuggler. By assisting Minamoto with the interrogation of the dealers lover, Kawai is able to witness unusual methods firsthand.

The lieutenant decides its high time he applied more discipline to the stations physical training regimen. Kawai and Fuji spend a night fielding one outrageous police report after another.

Kawai just wants to go home after a long shift and get some rest, but things dont seem to go according to plan. A witness to an attack on a girl comes along and someone will need to do a composite sketch of her testimony.

After Makitaka gets the victims statement and Minamoto and Fuji spot Yasuda leaving the house, it seems the case is finally over. However, for lack of evidence, they still have to be cautious, which basically takes Kawai and company off the rest of the case.
