Karen embarks on a journey from Staten Island to Arizona with her daughter Karina to visit her father, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, after his release from prison; Jess attempts to let Billy back into Taylor and Joes lives.

Karen and the crew celebrate the grand opening of her restaurant, which includes an unexpected guest. Billy continues to make amends with Taylor and Joe. CP disappoints his family when he doesn’t show up for his sister’s birthday.

Paulie and Karinas relationship is tested. Jess introduces Taylor and Joe to her new love interest. Gina continues on her path toward clearing her record, while CP focuses on work and Dennie has a visit with her aunt to track down her biological father.

While Karina steps into adulthood with her job in finance, Karen pushes on in the task of helping her boyfriend become a free man as he serves his life sentence. The OTooles contemplate and question the true cause of Billys unexpected passing. Gina reflects on her relationship with her son, while CP continues to adjust to his father being home.

As Sammy and Karen continue to tell the world their truth, Karina struggles to see both sides of their past criminal actions. The Nayfelds anxiously anticipate Boris arrival into the U.S. as his probation ends, while the OTooles continue on in their investigation on the cause of Billys death. Emotions flare amongst the Cutolos as Bills confronts their family on the subject of their gender fluidity.

The O’Tooles’ private investigator shares his conclusion of his investigation of Billy’s death. Karen struggles with the unexpected outcome of Xavier’s appeal. CP and his family stress over the disparities of the prison healthcare system.

After 20 years of being in witness protection, Billy decides to go back to Brooklyn to aid in his fathers case alongside Bills and Layla; the OTooles try to mend their family traumas after Joe and Taylors altercation.

Bills connects with Dana in person for the first time and updates her on the case; new information is uncovered in the cause Billys death which causes renewed suspicion amongst the OTooles; CP and his family work together to help Big Chris.
