Reba

Cheyenne and Van come home from their honeymoon in Galveston and have to deal with returning to school--married. Meanwhile, Reba adjusts the house for their new living arrangements, but not everyone is as ready to accept the newlyweds.

Cheyenne has morning sickness and tries to hide it from Van; Reba learns that Jakes friend isnt allowed to sleep over because his mother disapproves of the Harts dysfunctional lifestyle.

When Reba calls a plumber to fix a leaky faucet, their encounter leads to a date at the hardware store. Meanwhile, Cheyenne decides that shes going to "moon" Van and his teammates.

Reba helps tutor Van when being on the football team takes up too much of his time and his history grade starts to slip. Meanwhile, Kyra is attracted to a tuba player in the school band.

Brock springs a surprise on Reba regarding his upcoming wedding, and Reba has her credit card rejected when she goes out to lunch with Lori-Ann.

Reba decides to go back to work, and she takes a job as a substitute teacher at Cheyennes high school. But when she discourages two teens from considering marriage, her advice is misunderstood and gets her in trouble with the school.

With Reba and Brocks divorce final, Lori Ann looks up Rebas old college boyfriend and sets the pair up for a date. All is well--until Reba recalls why she originally dumped him.

After Van is named his football teams Player of the Year, Reba tries to get his parents to attend an event in his honor. Unfortunately, her efforts dont go as planned and she ends up with a new houseguest.

Reba throws a baby shower for Cheyenne and gives her a homemade present: a quilt sewn from Cheyennes own baby clothes. But when Brock runs out and buys the parents-to-be a car without consulting Reba, she has a bit of a problem with it.

Cheyenne and Van have been nominated for prom king and queen, and while the popular Vans a shoo-in, Cheyenne isnt , so Van does the political math and comes up with an electoral strategy of appealing to "alienated" students (i.e., nerds).

Cheyenne and Van get ready for graduation as the mom-to-be tries to hide her contractions because she wants to get her diploma in person.

With Cheyenne, Van, and the baby living in student housing, things are finally back to normal and Reba plans to focus more attention on Kyra, who has become distant. However, her plans suddenly fall short when Van injures himself, suspending his scholarship and losing his off-campus housing, forcing the Montgomery family back into Rebas home.

Reba sets aside her pride and accepts a job reporting to Barbra Jean in Brocks dental office. As if things couldnt get any worse, she also finds herself counseling Brock after Barbra Jean complains to Reba that Brock is neglecting her. Meanwhile, Cheyenne goes back to college and Van is left to play Mr. Mom at home with the baby.

Kyra is less than thrilled when Reba takes a romantic interest in her boyfriends father. Their dating dilemma grows even more complicated when Kyra breaks up with her boyfriend.

In hopes of resuscitating her non-existent love life, Reba hits the bar scene with her friend Lori Ann but is mortified when they run into Brock, Barbra Jean, Cheyenne and Van on a double date. Cheyenne finally convinces a reluctant Reba to try speed dating, and everyone is surprised when she actually makes a love connection.

Reba is disappointed to learn shell be spending Christmas Eve alone, but while paying a visit to the local homeless shelter she meets a special person who teaches her the true meaning of the holiday season. Meanwhile, Cheyenne and Vans plan to start a new holiday tradition backfires; and Reba and Brock argue over who will be the one to give Jake his first bike for Christmas.

Brock finds himself stuck between two irate women, Reba and a baby-crazed Barbra Jean, after he reveals that he had a secret vasectomy two years ago while he and Reba were trying to save their marriage. Meanwhile, following a pregnancy scare, Cheyenne and Van move out of the house in protest after a furious Reba lays down some new ground rules.

Kyra convinces an exhausted Barbra Jean to treat herself to a make-over. However, much to everyones surprise, Barbra Jean transforms herself into a Reba look-alike. To make matters worse, Reba begins to feel Kyra pulling away from her while growing closer to her stepmom Barbra Jean.

Reba is so freaked out about spending Valentines Day with Brian that she pretends to be sick to get out of the date, but her plan backfires when he shows up with chicken soup and tells her he loves her. Meanwhile, in a battle of male egos, Brock and Van compete to see who can be the most romantic with their wives.

Brocks mother comes to visit and drops the bomb that Brock confided to her that he may have made a huge mistake by leaving Reba to marry Barbra Jean. Meanwhile, Cheyenne convinces Van that it might be time to forgive and forget with his parents.

A burglary scare causes Reba to suggest that she and her daughters take a self-defense class, which leads to her squaring off with Barbra Jean. Meanwhile, the cost of home-security systems makes Brock decide to install one himself, but he makes the mistake of letting Jake choose the password.

A near-death experience causes Reba to put her personal affairs in order and write a will. But when she persuades Cheyenne and Van to do the same, in the interest of naming a legal guardian for Elizabeth if something should happen to them, she soon has regrets when she learns that they have picked Brock and Barbra Jean.

Although Kyra has accepted the fact that Reba gave her summer-abroad money to Cheyenne so she could remain in college, it makes her decide she should move in with her father and Barbra Jean. If she goes, Cheyenne and Van contemplate using her old room as a nursery.

Reba is happy to find out that she and Kyra are closer than ever since Kyra moved in with Brock and Barbra Jean. Kyras behavior is driving Brock and Barbra Jean crazy. Meanwhile, Cheyennes snoring is causing problems for Van.

Barbra Jean becomes suspicious about Kyras secretiveness and convinces Reba to hack in to Kyras e-mail account. Barbra Jean and Reba discover that Kyra is planning to go to an unsupervised party and possibly go to the next level with a boy. Brock, Barbra Jean, and Reba all want to prevent Kyra from making the same mistake as Cheyenne so they stake out the party.

Reba finally decides to clean up Kyras room and send the stuff to her new house. Kyra sees this and suddenly becomes very secretive to Reba. Barbara Jean invites a counselor (Martin Mull) to help Brock and her communicate better. The rest of the family, excluding Jake, joins in on the session at Rebas house. Van feels that Cheyenne thinks he is incapable as a good father.

Kyra and Barbra Jean hide a stray cat in the attic so Brock wont have an allergic reaction to the animal, but it turns out that Barbra Jean and Cheyenne are the ones who are really allergic to cats. Meanwhile, Reba and Brock use outrageous gifts to compete for Jakes affection.

When Reba agrees to compete against Brock in a 5K race to raise money for Jakes school, Van insists on coaching her to victory. Meanwhile, Barbara Jean tries to teach Cheyenne to cook.

Over Brock and Barbra Jeans objections, Reba gives Kyra permission to go on her first date, then discovers the boy is 17 years old. As the three adults panic, they decide to spy on Kyras date and end up ruining it. Meanwhile, Van believes that Jake is the victim of a classroom injustice and confronts the boys teacher.

Van tells his football team that Reba is his and Cheyennes maid because hes embarassed to admit he lives with his mother-in-law. Meanwhile, Brock tells Reba and Barabra Jean he wants to quit the dentistry business and play professional golf on the senior tour.

Reba and Brock dont know whether to hug or ground Kyra after she admits to punching a classmate who called Cheyenne a slut. Meanwhile, Van gets a bit carried away helping Jake build a volcano for his science fair.

Reba is ready to ring Barbra Jeans neck after she finds out that the crazy blonde has secretly planned a blind date (guest star Leslie Jordan) for her favorite redhead. To make things even worse, Barbra Jean announces that she and Brock will be coming along on a double date. Meanwhile, Van gets carried away with his bonus money and buys a sports car without including Cheyenne in the big decision.

Reba has problems with Kyra going out on a date alone with her 17 year old boyfriend, so she asks Cheyenne and Van to double date with them. Later, Kyra gets dump because she would not ""take the next step"" in the relationship. Meanwhile, Barbara Jean believes Brock is cheating on her and asks Reba to interrogate him. Reba finds out that Brock has been seeing a therapist and taking ""Happy Pills"". Barbara Jean is upset that Brock is doing this but comes to the conclusion that its alright cause Reba did the same thing when Brock and her split up.

Van & Cheyenne decide its time to become more independant, so they go apartment shopping. They find the perfect place but they dont have enough money. They ask Reba to co-sign and she refuses. They forge her signature on the lease only to be turned down due to Rebas poor credit. Brock breaks down to Reba about all the stuff hes done and the people he has hurt and they embrace in a tearful hug only to be seen by Barbara Jean. Reba confronts Barbara Jean after BJ tells Kyra that she caught the two of them in bed. She tells BJ that Brock loves her and she has no reason to worry. Brock comes home to talk to BJ, but first asks BJ if he could first talk to Reba for a minute. BJ tells Brock that this better be an important mintute and that he better figure everything out as she stomps out of the room. Reba trys to convince Brock to run after her and tell her that it wasnt a mistake that he left Reba for BJ. Brock then tells Reba that he believes it was a mistake...

After hearing Brock admit he made a mistake, Reba gets upset and confused at the same time. She yells at Brock telling him that these outbursts of his feelings is what gets him in trouble and hurts the people around him. She tells him he doesnt think before he speaks. Brock wants to explain himself but Reba wants to hear and also doesnt want to hear it. BJ bursts in and tells them she is not going to let the two of them decide her life. She argues with Reba on who is going to leave Brock first. Kyra tells Van & Cheyenne that BJ caught Brock and Reba in bed. Cheyenne tells Reba that they shouldnt get back together cause Reba has become such a strong person and she is so much happier since she had divorced from Brock. Reba goes back to tell Brock that it wouldnt be smart for the two of them to get back together even though Brock didnt want that anyways. He admits that he needs to talk to BJ cause he still loves her and wants to work it out. BJ tells Reba that she has sat and thought

Reba notices that BJ has been spending too much time moping around the house so she talks her into going out to the bars again and living it up. Barbara Jean not wanting to go alone talks Reba into joining her. She insists that they must follow ""The Two Girl Theory"" and go as a pair cause one woman going alone looks desperate but two women look like theyre going out for the fun. Van talks to Jake about the birds and the bees.

Van comes home late after having a few drinks with his buddies and is feeling a little frisky, but climbs into the wrong bed. Reba wakes and says she has a headache. The next morning he says that his friends are happy for what he has accomplished on their football team and thats why they took him out to celebrate. Reba, Cheyenne and BJ all decide to give him a surprise party to show him that they are proud of him too. Reba gets satellite hooked up, BJ makes a cake, and Cheyenne prepares a speech. After the speech Van blurts out that he has been traded to Denver and Cheyenne freaks out. Brock chases after Van and Reba goes after Cheyenne. Kyra tries to talk sense into Brock and BJ. She says they cant keep arguing. So they start to talk civilly to each other. Reba says the same thing that Kyra says to Van about moving away and leaving his family for football. Van and Cheyenne try to talk things out but Van walks away saying that he has to do this...

Reba encourages Brock to follow his heart if that means pursuing his dream of playing professional golf, but Barbra Jean is less-than-thrilled with Rebas advice, worrying that it will mean the end of her marriage. Meanwhile, Cheyenne tries to assuage Vans hysteria that playing arena football in Denver is costing him precious time with his daughter, who, unbeknownst to her father, recently started pre-school.

Reba and Barbra Jean clash over who is going to host Thanksgiving dinner. However, a compromise is reached when Barbra Jean offers to share cooking duties, while allowing Reba to keep the celebration at her house as usual. Unfortunately, the plan leads to hurt feelings when Barbra Jean confesses she still feels like an outsider compared to Reba, who is always at the center of the familys attention

Van comes home from Denver with an butt injury. After much joking by the family, Van retreats to his room with his donut ring. Reba and Cheyenne go to the doctor with Van to take X-rays. The doctor tells Van that his injury is fine but he has a rare spine disease that most sports players develop but it also permantly restricts them from playing. Van freaks out because football is all he has ever known. He is relieved though when Denver gives him the buy out check for a hundred grand. Not knowing what to do career wise he starts spending the money recklessly by buying everyone in the family nice presents. Reba confronts him about why the sudden change of heart. Van tells her that he misses feeling like the hero he was playing pro football. Reba wants to put a stop to it but Van buys her the best present of all and suddenly Reba forgets what she why she came to counsel Van.

BJ confesses to Reba that shes attracted to her new marriage therapist. Reba tells her to go talk to him about it. Van and Cheyenne convince Reba to go with BJ to talk to Dr. Morgan so nothing happens. BJ gets all giddy while talking to Dr. Morgan and tells him shes attracted to him. Dr. Morgan explains why shes attracted to him and then transfers her and Brock to another therapist. Meanwhile Reba is very attracted to Dr. Morgan also and she asks him out. Cheyenne and Van find out that Reba is going out with Dr. Morgan and tells her to tell BJ because she is unaware of their date. After much discussion Reba finally goes out on a interesting date with Dr. Morgan...

Cheyenne who is feeling strain on her marriage with Van decides to setup a play date for Elizabeth not knowing that the father of this play date believes this new play date means something more. Upon receipt of flowers who Reba and BJ believe are from this father tell her to send flowers back with a note saying this relationship is over. The father returns the flowers but they end up in Vans hands where he reads the note believing the flowers and note are for him. Meanwhile, Vans addiction of on line poker attracts and hooks Reba who ends up talking with a man in the chat room who she is beating badly. They both end up really interested in each other until Reba finds out this man lives across the street and is someone she knows...Brock!

Jake enters Reba in a school fundraiser - ""Pageant of the Grandmas"" knowing that she is hot and will win. When Barbara Jean hears about it, she wants to enter too. Reba lets her and drops out, only to find that Jake really wanted her to be in it. She decides that she will compete -- against Barbara Jean. With some coaching and glamour prepping from Cheyenne and Van, Reba is ready. As the pageant is about to begin the teacher tells the two grandmothers that only one grandma Hart can enter...leaving the two to decide who will compete.

Kyra, growing up so fast, gets her drivers license. This new level of life for Kyra leads to a discussion of how freeing that is by Cheyenne, who now feels like a caged bird. Reba gives Kyra a cell phone, but the phone also serves as a tracking device so Reba can see where shes at. Wise Kyra is on to Reba, so she trades phones with Cheyenne, leading to Reba and BJ catching Cheyenne on a secret trip to a Karaoke bar. Reba convinces Cheyenne that she should share her feelings with Van. All is well as they go to leave the bar but not without a special duet between Reba and BJ.

Reba working in her new Real Estate field decides she needs an assistant. Since Van is not working at the moment she decides that hiring him would not only help her but also the family. Vans unprofessional attitude frustrates Reba leading to Van being fired but Reba comes to term and rehires Van cause she believes she may have been too professional and Vans way of thinking leads her to a sale of a home. Reba, inspecting Vans collection of business wardrobe, finds a bottle of booze in the closet. Van, knowing it is not his, lies to Reba and says it is. Cheyenne comes in where Van confronts her on the bottle...

Struggling to remain sober, Cheyenne starts taking pills that will make her violently ill if she drinks alcohol. When Reba throws a party for her real estate clients, Van and Cheyenne go to great lengths to try and stop Reba from drinking after she accidentally takes one of Cheyennes pills, thinking its a vitamin. Meanwhile, ex-smokers Brock and Barbra Jean lecture Kyra and Jake on the dangers of smoking, but that doesnt stop Brock from secretly lighting up.

After watching her fiercest competitor make a killing in the real estate market, Reba decides its time to start investing. However, she cant do it alone with her bad credit, so Cheyenne suggests that Reba and Van team up. Later, when Reba finds out that Van went behind her back and purchased a home "as is," without any inspections, she wants out of the partnership. Meanwhile, Barbra Jean is feeling neglected by Brock and finds companionship from an unlikely source - the operator from her cars navigation system.

When Reba and Jake take in a stray dog that survived Hurricane Katrina, Van and Cheyenne invite the owners to stay at the house until they can get back on their feet. However, the Harts are in for a big surprise when it turns out there are 18 people in the displaced family. Meanwhile, Barbra Jean heads up the "Save the Dog" campaign and turns her house into a shelter for lost pets, leaving dog-hating Brock more than annoyed.

Realizing that his wife, Barbra Jean (who was pregnant in real life at the time this episode was taped), has taken up eating as a hobby and gained quite a bit of weight as a result, Brock consults Reba on how best to handle the delicate situation. Ultimately, Cheyenne is the one who confronts Barbra Jean about her food addiction, suggesting that she and Reba go on a diet with her.

After a miscommunication sends Barbra Jean (who does not appear in the episode) to her brother Buzzards house in Lubbock for Thanksgiving, Buzzard mistakenly ends up on Rebas doorstep for the holiday. The family soon realizes they may have traded crazy Barbra Jean for her even crazier brother, who believes that Reba has been sending him love letters signed "Peaches" and that Brock is "the dirtbag whos trying to take my sister to hell with him."

When Brock decides to camp out at Rebas house while Barbra Jean is away in St. Louis, Reba gets fed up and tries to kick him out. However, Brock is diagnosed with kidney stones and doesnt want to be left alone, so Reba ends up caring for him. Meanwhile, Cheyenne volunteers at a homeless shelter, but is disappointed when she is assigned the unglamorous task of doing dishes in the kitchen.

After Brock and Barbra Jean get audited, Brock informs Reba that the IRS is going to audit the last five years of their marriage. Later, Brock makes Reba nervous when she discovers that he has a few secrets he doesnt want the IRS to find out about. Meanwhile, Cheyenne makes Van take part in her sociology project about a mans perspective on marriage, but she certainly wasnt anticipating all the attention he would receive from the women in her class.

When Reba learns that Van is in charge of the family budget and has Cheyenne documenting all her purchases in an expense journal, she advises him to treat Cheyenne more as an equal. Unfortunately, Van decides the best solution is to start giving Cheyenne a weekly allowance for her household duties, which obviously doesnt sit well with his wife. Meanwhile, Barbra Jean discovers that Jake has started a lucrative business selling soda - against school policy - to his classmates.

In an effort to save Brock and Barbra Jean from losing their home, Reba and Van buy their house and rent it out to them. Barbra Jean doesnt like the idea of Reba being her landlady, so when she sprains her ankle in the house, she decides to file a lawsuit against Reba.

Reba is worried when she and Brock must attend an anger management therapy session that was mandated by the court during their divorce. Cheyenne and Van are required to be present as well, and Reba fears things have gone from bad to worse when everyone starts arguing in front of the therapist. Later, Barbra Jean crashes the session and the five adults end up telling the therapist about the crazy things they have done to each other over the years.

Cheyenne gets overwhelmed planning her second wedding to Van when Reba and Barbra Jean wont stop putting their two cents in. Later, Van and Cheyenne have an argument and decide to call off the ceremony, leaving Brock and Barbra Jean with the opportunity to renew their own vows. For more information, click on recap

Barbra Jean shows off her new sleek figure, but Brock fears her interest in exercising is really about spending time with a sexy male trainer, so he persuades Reba to spy on her.

After Van declines the offer from Norris, he decides to build an office in the Harts garage for him and Reba to work from. Reba questioning his decision finds out that Cheyenne is pregnant again but was told not to let Cheyenne know he told her. Meanwhile, with only 10 months to college, Kyra decides to move back in with Reba. Reba gets Cheyenne to confess only to also learn that they plan on moving out. Reba is torn emotionally with the return of Kyra and the probable move of Van and Cheyenne.

After constant persuasion, Van accepts the job from Steve Norris. Reba supports his decision to move to a bigger Real Estate firm but refuses to let Van take their client list leading to the ultimate Real Estate battle. Meanwhile, Barbra Jean pursues one of her dreams of becoming a TV News Weather Woman.

Brock wants to bring the spark back to his marriage, but he doesnt know what to do so he goes to Reba for advice. Meanwhile, Cheyennes pregnancy sends her hormones crazy and Kyra films Vans goofiness for You Tube.

Reba is ordered to relax in order to bring her blood pressure back down, but that is impossible with Brock living in the garage to avoid fighting with Barbara Jean. His constant lies lead Barbara Jean to believe hes out of town and Reba argues for him to just be honest with his wife; the tension between them reaches an all time high leading them to file for divorce. Meanwhile, Van sees his father in himself as he gets fired for his temperament while coaching Jakes lousy soccer team with Jake being the worse player.

Reba and Brock are shocked when Kyra tells them that she is postponing college to go on tour with her band. Unfortunately, when Reba puts her foot down and tells Kyra that she wont allow her to make this huge mistake, Kyra decides to move out. Meanwhile, Cheyenne and Van cant agree on how to decorate their new house.

Cheyenne and Van ask Reba if they can move back in with her after Van accidentally starts a fire at their new house. Also, Barbra Jean is offered a job at a TV station in Arkansas.
