Convinced his past failures were the result of bad fortune, the Hacker determines to collect the 10 legendary Good Luck Charms of Cyberspace--possession of which, according to the Book of Power, will guarantee him good luck forever. By the time Motherboard learns of his intent, only one Charm remains at large. She sends Digit and the kids after it, but is unable to tell them which of the forests many bunnies is the lucky one. Using the clues she can give them, they group the bunnies by characteristic, and when Motherboard remembers the exact qualities of the lucky bunny they are able to identify it quickly. Unfortunately, Buzz and Delete grab it and race to the Northern Frontier before the kids can stop them. Meanwhile, the Hacker has decided to replace the bungling robots. His order to ""Henchmen R Us"" for all the henchmen who are ""evil or cheap"" results in the arrival of a hoard of potential employees. Buzz and Delete, posing as a delivery person, replace Motherboards cryoxide with green sludge. When Digit arrives she is overheated and getting worse fast. He discovers the goop where the coolant should be and when the kids arrive tells them that if Motherboard doesnt get fresh cryoxide soon her CPU will melt. They find a container a little taller and almost as wide as the coolant tank, and Matt and Inez leave with it in Dr. Marbles new 2-seater cybercoupe. Jackie stays to help Digit look after Motherboard, wearing one of the helmets Matt brought with him from batting practice to protect herself from the debris flying out of Motherboards circuits as they heat up. When the coupe lands at Blue Falls Castle, Matt and Inez find the door guarded by the gnome they met on their previous visit to Castleblanca. The kids realize that different people have different ways to solve problems. They must use them in a complementary way in a contest against the Hacker that was devised by a zen master whos holding them all captive. If they win, theyll go free; if they dont, the Hacker (voice of Christopher Lloyd) will.

The kids crash land on a planet where they dont use money - they trade things. Buzz and Delete become smart for once and the Hacker get shrunk by the shrink ray.

When Jackie, Matt, and Inez arrive in Happily-Ever-After the residents are preparing to celebrate the erection of their brand-new You-CanÕt-Get-in-Here Skywall. They are unaware that Hacker, waiting just outside the cybersite, has arranged to have the Skywall shattered by the high note in the Wicked WitchÕs signature vocal solo. His agent inside has passed him a recording of her singing, and heÕs using it and a model of Happily-Ever-After to verify that his plan will work. As Spider struggles to orchestrate the event, Chicken Little raises an alarm: the dam is leaking! Efforts to stopper the hole are unsuccessful and water is rising fast until DigitÕs inspection reveals that the hole is larger on the inside of the wall than the outside. He makes a model of the shape of the hole and the kids use it to make a plug to fit the hole. The Hacker kidnaps the Beast from a Rock Band on the Mount Olympus Cybersite. Without him, the band plays horribly and off beat and if they dont play good music, then the whole Cybersite will fall apart! Hacker poses as a virus exterminator. He fools Ms. Fileshare into entering her lair, the Cybrary, with bogus bar graph comparisons. Hacker releases his bugs, but its Hacker who pays the price with a bout of amnesia. (Hes forced to work for Buzz!) But the bugs are still out in the Cybrary, seizing control of various sections. Ms. Fileshare insists the CyberSquad that, if she is to believe them, they must provide an easy way to compare the number of bugs in each Cybrary section.

Digit and the kids are asked to solve a mystery and prove a person innocent of theft, but eyewitnesses say that the accused is guilty.

Hacker, claiming to be born again, visits Motherboard on Halloween begging a full pardon. He brings a mechanical frog to the Motherboards garden. What no one yet suspects is that this frog is intended to hop over to Motherboards CPU and destroy it.

The team must get a powerfull ring from Hacker, and return it to a safe place.

Hacker is trying to earase Motherboards memory by shooting a rocket with rocks at her.

Hacker wishes to build Hackerspace by drilling on Ecotopia. He captured an aged Doctor Marbles and stole his journal to help him locate the Reformat Button. In searching for the button, Buzz and Delete capture Ollies mom Abby, and accidentally drill into the inner slime core. Hacker locks Doctor Marbles and Abby away while he recalculates the location of the button. Motherboard sends the Cybersquad into Ecotopia to investigate where the slime came from, and what they can do to help. They soon realize that many of the animals of the Cybersite have lost their homes due to the slime destroying 2/3rds of the Preserve. In order to fix this, they must install a new preserve and format it in a way that the animals can live comfortably, plus they need to relocate the animals. Using an ark they are able to bring the animals to the new preserve, but by just narrowly escaping a whirlpool. Soon after, the Cybersquad and Ollie notice that the orangutans are in the wrong portion of the preserve. In order to figure out why, Inez and Ollie return to the old preserve and examine the wildlife. But in order to do so, Inez must overcome her fear of bats, and Ollie must overcome his fear of heights. If that wasnt enough, they overhear Hacker looking for the button and realize he has caused the inner slime core to erupt. Ollie spots his mother with Hacker, so he desperately wants to save her. The Cybersquad and Ollie formulate a plan that succeeds in rescuing Dr. Marbles and Abby, while installing a lock on the Reformat Button, thus ejecting Hacker into Cyberspace. The movie finishes with Inez and Ollie enjoying a sandwich high up in a tree. Cybersites: Ecotopia, Control Central, and unknown frozen Cybersite.

The CyberSquad and their new friend Scanner embark on a quest to build a new Encryptor Chip for Motherboard and cure her virus. Way Cool Arena has been turned into a bottle dump, and the beloved skate park is next!
