S1E1 - The Joyriders 1974-09-07

Chuck Wagner tended to "go along with the crowd" rather than speak up for what he believed in, where his buddies were concerned. However, when Chucks buddies decided to steal cars and ride around in them for fun, Chuck and his buddies learned a valuable lesson in honesty with the aid of Captain Marvel.

S1E2 - The Brothers 1974-09-14

Billy must reveal his identity as Captain Marvel in order to save the life of Danny Martin, who has been bitten by a rattle snake and is lost in the wilderness. The only person who can "show" Captain Marvel the way to the stricken boy is Dannys younger brother, Chad Martin, who is blind.

A woman is concerned about her brother, Gary, when he seems to have fallen in with the wrong crowd: a drug dealer named Brock. Billy and Mentor must help Gary break free of his connections with Brock.

Gary, the man who works for a drug dealer agrees to testify against his boss, Brock. While his friend, Mark decides not to. They were being brought to the D.A. in a police car but Brock helps them escape. Now Gary decides to turn to Billy and Mentor for help. They decide to go into Brocks office to get the evidence they need to use against him. But Mark might not be on their side.

Rather than "get involved," Larry Burns claims to have seen nothing when questioned about the robbery he has seen Ron Craig commit. S2E1 - On Winning 1975-09-06

Corky feels that hes no match for his big brother, whether it be motorcycling, fishing... you name it. He also feels that his dad doesnt care for him as much as his older brother. But when Corky runs away and his dad is almost killed trying to find him, Corky realizes how much his dad loves him. Moral: Winning isnt the important thing. What is important, is to do the very best you can. And a parents love is a very special kind of love, its so big, that no matter how many brothers or sisters you have, theres more than enough love for everyone.

S2E2 - Debbie 1975-09-13

Debbies parents have warned her not to ride with Tom on his motorcycle, because he is reckless. Its Billys job to help Debbie to realize that when her parents dont let her do certain things, its because they love her. Debbie realizes this when Tom and his buddy swipe a six-pack of beer from a gas station, and almost get mangled by a large truck. Moral: When a parent sets rules and regulations, it really is a form of expression of their love and concern. Sometimes the hardest thing for them to say is "no." But we can be sure that if they say "no", that most of the time theres a good reason for it. Note: This is the first televised episode with John Davey as Captain Marvel.

S2E3 - Fool's Gold 1975-09-20

A group of boys have been harassing an old prospector, whom they see as a mean old man. But things change when one of the boys is hurt and the man lends a helping hand. Because theyve been playing around in his mine, it caves in on the old prospector. Captain Marvel punches right through the rock to save him! And in the end, the boys and prospector become friends. Moral: There are some things even more precious than gold, things like respect and understanding. Respect means more than being polite. It means knowing weve learned from each other. Theres a lot we can learn, if we only listen. Note: This is the last episode with Jackson Bostwick.

S2E4 - Double Trouble 1975-09-27

Captain Marvel robs a gas station! Or is it an imposter in an incredibly realistic mask? Now theres a warrant for Captain Marvels arrest, and so the real Captain Marvel turns himself in. With Marvel in jail, the crooks decide to rob the Iverson Mines payroll. Meanwhile, Mentor finds the crooks mask, costume and cape, which proves Marvels innocence. Moral: Respecting the law is just another way of saying that we respect each other. Laws have been made for the good of everyone, and when someone breaks the law, theyre saying "I dont care about you." When you respect the law, you respect yourself. Note: From this point on, John Davey is Captain Marvel.

S2E5 - Goodbye, Packy 1975-10-04

Kathys pet wolf, Packy, is getting too old to be held in captivity any longer. Hes becoming wild and hard to control. When it comes time to turn him loose, Kathy takes Packy and runs away. Trouble ensues when they hide in a conveniently placed hot-air balloon. Moral: Having a pet carries responsibilities. Some animals are born to be free. To deprive them of that right is selfish, so we all must understand and respect the laws of nature... for our sake, as well as for our animal friends.

S2E6 - Speak No Evil 1975-10-11

Three boys break into their school and accidentally start a fire. They get away before they are seen, but one of the boys dogs is seen at the school. When the boy confesses, the two other boys find out and chase him into a dangerous electrical plant. Moral: Dont ever be afraid of being called a name. As long as youre sure what youre doing is right, theres no word... no name... that can harm you.

S2E7 - The Odd Couple 1975-10-18

Dan is too proud to accept help from Captain Marvel when his airplane runs out of gas in the middle of nowhere. Dan learns that everybody needs help once in a while when a fierce forest fire breaks out, and Captain Marvel needs help from Isis in order to put it out. Guest starring Joanna Cameron as Isis. Moral: There are a lot of things we can do by ourselves, but its kind of foolish and maybe even dangerous to try to do something when we dont know how.

S3E1 - The Contest 1976-09-11

Glen steals the answer to a contest in which the winner gets a new motorcycle. Now the person who convinced him to cheat needs a big favor — the keys to a van which contains an experimental solar-powered gyroscope. Moral: Just about anything worthwhile has to be worked for, and earned. If its worth having, its worth waiting for.

S3E2 - Bitter Herbs 1976-09-18

Yale is a teenage boy who wants to join a club called "The Overlanders." The leader of the club does not want Yale to join because hes Jewish, but soon the racist gets what he deserves when a mountain lion attacks him. Moral: Its not a persons race, religion or looks that is important. What is important is the persons character.

S3E3 - Ripcord 1976-09-25

Young Bill is a little too anxious to grow up. He wants to be a skydiver, just like his big brother Larry. Bill decides to pack Larrys parachute himself, without any help. Moral: Sometimes there are things that a kid wants to do but hes too young for. Be patient. We grow up a lot sooner than we think.

S3E4 - Finders Keepers 1976-10-02

When two girls find stolen money, they are kidnapped, along with Mentor, by the thieves. Captain Marvel calls on Isis to help him rescue them. Guest starring Joanna Cameron as Isis.

S3E5 - The Sound of a Different Drummer 1976-10-09

Curtis is a black man who would rather play his violin than play baseball. "Whoever heard of a black violinist?" his friends exclaim. After pressure from the teammates to play baseball, Curtis runs away, and unknowingly ends up in the middle if a missile testing range. Guest starring Maury Wills. Moral: Treat others the same way youd like others to treat you. If you give respect, youll get it back.

S3E6 - Out of Focus 1976-10-16

When two thieves think a young filmmaker named Jim may have caught their theft on film, they attempt to take his film from him. Jim does not want to turn the film over to the police, hoping to enter his film in a film festival and win. Captain Marvel and Isis team up to help Jim understand that winning at any cost is wrong. Guest starring Joanna Cameron as Isis.
