Martin has to stop mysterious insects that are attacking a remote town in the Alberta Badlands with the aid of an acid-spewing queen and a radioactive meteorite from the Andromeda Galaxy.

Martin points out that now midterms are over she can cut back on the sweet stuff but Dianas not interested. Martin accuses her of being addicted and bets that she cant go without sweets for 24 hours. If she loses she does his algebra homework for a month and if she wins Martin forgoes his horror movie marathons for a month. Theyre called to Centre where Diana faces her first sugary temptations then after a look at MOMs trials of the prototype flying suit its off to Vancouver where a student at the university has been asleep for three days despite all attempts to wake her. When Martin does a bioscan he finds that her eyes appear totally white while Java finds sand in her room.

M.O.M. reveals Billys hidden life as Ganthar, destroyer of worlds, before he abandoned his old name, form, and way of life and joined the Center. She sends the gang to trade the captured aliens for Billy, unaware that once the aliens reunite, they will be able to call in reinforcements and destroy the Earth! The only one who can stop them is Billy, but to do that he will have to become Ganthar again— and he might not want to change back.

At a Sydney, Australia museum, a robber is surrounded by a mysterious green mist. The group is sent to investigate. They discover that they were up against a genie who wanted to cause chaos all over the world. Java and Diana are rendered helpless by the genies power. Can Martin stop the genie before its too late?

Looking for two missing Center agents strands the gang in the long lost underground city of Alpha-Omega. The Alpha-Omegans mistake the bald headed Diana for their missing Queen and the sign theyve been waiting for to begin their conquest of the surface world.

Martins attempts at filming his own horror movie are interrupted when a giant ant emerges from the screen of the local Drive-In which is showing an old sci-fi movie about giant insects. Martin and Diana soon discover a 500 year curse is bringing imaginary monsters to life and since Java was playing the creature in Martins movie hes been transformed into a real radioactive swamp zombie. To make matters worse if the monsters arent all defeated by sunrise theyll become indestructible and Torrington will never be rid of them.

When M.O.M. ceases to return from her Jamaican vacation, Billy calls in Martin, Diana & Java to investigate. They uncover what M.O.M. was really up to – she was on a secret mission to unlock the Gateway.

While sick with a mystery illness Martin, Java & Diana are quarantined in the Centers medical wing and reminisce about their past adventures. Due to a misunderstanding they think MOM has decided to terminate them before they can spread the sickness and flee deeper into the Center unaware that the real cause of the alarm is that the Boogeyman has escaped and theyre heading right for him!

Martins dad accidentally releases and gets swallowed by a prehistoric worm which Martin had already caught. Worse, if he doesnt stop the worm soon, his father will become the worm forever.

A students plant experiment for the Science Fair goes awry and the plant starts to eat the competition and anything that gets in his way.

Martin goes on a school trip to a museum where there is an exhibition of pirates, and he decides to see where are the things of an old pirate that was told to have supernatural powers. Taking a medallion with him, Martin, or maybe \"Captain Blood\" now, is out to find the treasure that can raise the spirits of his crew.

Diana is ticked off with Martin and Kaitlin, and the djini uses this to her advantage as she possesses her with an enchanted bracelet.

Martin, Billy, and Java start their own band to attract the girls. But Martin finds out that his new electric guitar is possessed which transforms his girl fans into love monsters.

Marvin escapes from an angry leprechaun and calls Martin and Diana for help. It turns out that he was keeping a mystic, four-leaf clover that grants the holder limitless good luck. and that leprechaun wants to take it back.

Martin and Diana are stuck at school for Christmas until MOM invites them to the Centers Christmas party. All goes well, until an Evil Elf intends on ruining everyones Christmas by twisting their Christmas wishes.
