When Taggart closes off the ranchers water supply, Lash La Rue is sent for. Learning he is arriving, Taggart sends his gang to kill him. But they get the wrong man and Lash and Fuzzy set out to bring Taggart in. But he not only controls the town but has also appointed himself Sheriff.
